Does the artwork come signed?
Yes, all artwork is signed by the artist.
Are certificates of authenticity available?
A signed certificate of authenticity (COA) is provided with each piece of artwork ordered. COA's will arrive separately after your artwork is delivered. Please store your COA carefully as it is beneficial to have for proof of ownership as well as resale of the artwork.
Will my artwork be high quality?
Yes. The artwork available at StanRagets.com is not the cheap photo prints you will find on thousands of other websites. Stan works closely with a photographer and printer of 40+ years to produce only the finest quality images. The materials used are of the highest quality, all archival and acid free. Please check the mounting and paper options pages to learn more about the materials used.
Will there be a watermark on the image I purchase?
No. The watermark is there to prevent theft of my artwork. Since the launch of my website in 2009, I have had several people steal my art. Some of these persons simply steal it, claim it as their own, and are selling it for prices greater than those on my site. Companies have stolen my artwork and used it on their websites and incorporated my work into their logos. Due to these and other circumstances, I now watermark every image going onto the website. Your purchased artwork will be unblemished and free of watermarks.

What types of payment are accepted?
Credit card and eCheck are accepted through Paypal's secure site.
Credit card numbers are not stored on our servers.
Is Paypal safe?
PayPal is #1 in online payments. PayPal is the most widely recognized and respected independent third party company, based in the United States, which specializes in processing online credit card transactions. PayPal is the largest and most respected online payment processor on the Internet with well over 8 million users.
Many people are hesitant to provide credit card information over the Internet. PayPal provides a secure server (SSL) so your transaction is safe, but moreover, when you make a purchase through a PayPal merchant, you have additional security because only PayPal, not the merchant, is provided with your credit card information.
What if I do not have a Paypal account?
You are still able to pay using a credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. Once you have completed your order on the site, you will be directed to Paypal's secure payment site where you can enter your payment information and complete your order.
Returns & Shipping
How Long is Processing & Shipping?
Each image and order will vary. You can expect an average time of one (1) to two (2) weeks from order placement to delivery for your artwork. Most orders ship within 5 days of ordering.
Do you accept returns?
Every order is custom made per your specifications. Therefore, it is not possible to accept returns or issue refunds. Please take into careful consideration the size of your artwork before you order it.
